"My Dad and I have been coming to Mark Miklautsch’s State Farm for ages and even though he is gone now, my Mom and I continue to do business with this agent. There have been some minor issues recently involving pricing of life insurance (too high) and issuance of auto insurance cards, but no big problems. Nonetheless, when it comes to the office on Springdale Rd., I must say, walking into this office is a breath of fresh air! Jamie and Emily are the securities of the office in the front and everyone is very knowledgeable, friendly and genuinely care about you! Matt, Colton and Connor are also great to work with as well! I never had any problems and I just walk right in, pay my auto insurance, homeowners and life insurance and get my receipt and I am out the door! It is very easy and convenient!
